We accept debit cards, mastercard, personal checks and visa for payment. We can assist you with accepting new patients, accident related injuries, all injuries, ankle problems, arm disorders, arthritis, back pain, balance rehabilitation, fibromyalgia, foot disorders, fractures, gait analysis, geriatric physical therapy, hand & wrist disorders, handicapped accessibility and headaches. In practice since 1988. Insurance not accepted, sorry! No sliding scale available. You can expect to pay around $ per visit. Open for business mon-thu: 07:30 am-07:30 pm,, fri 07:30 am-05:30 pm, and sat 08:00 am-12:00 pm.
