In practice since 1988. Insurance not accepted, sorry! No sliding scale available. You can expect to pay around $ per visit. Open for business mon-thu: 07:30 am-07:30 pm,, fri 07:30 am-05:30 pm, and sat 08:00 am-12:00 pm.
