Reviews By ANONYMOUS from Dayton, TN Posted Oct 30, 2015 Terrible wait times. Typically an hour waiting in the lobby before being seen. The doctors all seem nice and professional, but front desk staff is the worst I've ever seen. At first, I thought maybe Glenda(?) was just having a bad day. I've been a few times now and she's always hateful and very unclear when she speaks to you. She rolls her eyes and sighs with every question you might have. She's always rude. There needs to be someone up front that has more personality, people skills, and MAYBE even smiles at you when it's you turn at the window. Just a thought!
