I understand the protocol for making appt's, however if someone that is truly in distress walks in your office, with no one in the parking lot or no one in the waiting room and you are capable of taking a minute of your time, you should tend to the person. I will tell everyone I know NOT to become a patient of yours, due to the treatment I received, or I dare say NOT received.
