I ALWAYS give my correct date of birth as June 9, 1946. My most recent mammogram report lists me as age 60. My 12/2013 mammogram lists me as age 57. And the 6/13 mammogram report lists me as age 66! I am currently 68 years old which is consistent with the 6/9/1946 DOB. Makes one wonder if there are other not so obvious errors in the reports. The next issue is that I paid for the additional Tomosynthesis 3D mammogram. Only one breast was done. I have TWO breasts and assumed that both breasts were to be done. Not just the one breast!
