Reviews By Dawn D from Bloomington, IL Posted Aug 29, 2017 The reception staff is AWUL. If you're willing to deal with them to get to the ladies performing the mammogram itself, its good. The techs performing the procedure were wonderful! The ladies at the front desk don't seem to want to be bother by patients. Four times I called to discuss my appointment and 4 times the phone was answered with "please hold". After third call and 6 min on hold I hung up and called back. When I got the "please hold" I said NO and explained what had been happening. Reply I got ... 'okay, hold on' and you guessed it, I was put on hold again. This center used to be SO great - not sure what happened to the reception staff but they need some serious customer service skills.
