One of the Dentists office staff (Jan) has HORRIBLE customer service skills and is VERY CONFRONTATIONAL. I have never been treated with more disrespect in a place of business in my life. From the time you walk in and see the dark tinted sliding windows and read the sign that states "whatever the reason you are here sign in and take a seat, we know you are here, do not touch the glass". The Dentist did a very good job on the fillings I needed and he was very personable. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was also very nice. I cannot understand why Dr. Clemens would employ or condone a receptionist/assistant (Jan) that treats customers/patients with such disrespect. I was pleased with the dentist but will not return to his office due to the HORRIBLE customer service I received from his employee.
