I sought to improve my health by correcting my posture and fixing my gut. It was a daily occurance for me to feel sick after eating nearly any type of food. I'd get headaches, cloudy thinking, stomach queasiness, tempermental or physically tired. I tried many different diets, everything from macrobiotics to raw food to nutritional supplements. Nothing worked. My health kept getting worse. I read all sorts of books, still nothing helped. Then I syncronistically met Margaret Celli at Inner Light Wellness. By my 3rd appointment I was noticing improvement, which seemed miraculous considering my past experience. The more we worked togehter, clearing allergies and getting acupuncture, the more my health improved. I even learned that my posture problems - neck tightness and head aches, sore back - was caused by my allergies and poor gut health. Amazingly, she was right. As I kept eliminating my food allergies my headaches and neck pain went away. I am very grateful to have met Margaret. She is a wealth of knowledge that seems bottomless. Now every day is a great day for me. I feel great after eating, have lots more energy, and am much more fun to be around. I cannot recommend Margaret's work high enough. Which is why I took the time to write up this review. I've never met another therapist who understood what was going on with me. More importantly, I never met another therapist who could help me like Margaret. If you suffer from anything, I'm sure that Margaret knows something about it and can help you get well.
