I just had a sterotactic biopsy which was very difficult due to the proximity of my calcification. The entire length of the procedure was 4 hrs. The tech was absolutely amazing. Ana was extremely adept and knowledgeable at what she was doing. She never gave up! The nurse, Maureen was warm and caring. She made sure that I understood all that was happening and stayed right by my side!! She was very warm and compassionate. Dr. Gross was excellent! He explained everything he did during the procedure as he was doing it, which lowered my anxiety immensely. I trusted him completely! The staff went out of their way to try to make me comfortable physically as well as emotionally under a very stressful time. The Breast center is lucky to have these amazing professionals as part of their team!!!
